I wanted to let you know how helpful Katie, in customer service, has been to me. I called last week and went through about a million (really not too much of an overstatement) questions I had about different products and how to use them. She was terrific and helped me a lot. She spent a lot of time with me and sent me some samples of the products to try. I just placed a big order and ordered many of the products she assisted me with last week.

I had been using your site to purchase Obagi products and Tretinoin for about 5 yrs. I had never bought anything else.
