of all, I want to thank you for all your advice and help
that has helped me get control of my Acne.
I suffered for over 15 years, and have gone to dermatologists before,
but none of them ever helped me, and one even made me worse than before.
Your suggestion of topical antibiotic combined with continued use
of the tretinoin and the ortho-tri-cyclen birth control was the very
solution.
I'll tell you what really helped me most
-- was the fact that I was so humiliated and depressed over my Acne
problem that I couldn't bring myself to go to a doctor's office for
that critical analysis and initial information. When I found
your site, I saw a way for me to get detailed information and help
in an anonymous and non-threatening way. I'm also very impressed
with the fact that you keep up with the latest on professional, dermatological
skin care; you seem to keep yourselves up to date and that is so important
in cases like mine where nothing before has ever helped. There

has been no nice, so professional and so informative. I have not once
felt like I was being "sold" a product. People have suggested
products. They have listened and have been so kind and so nice. I
had a problem with the Obaji line and I spoke to someone every week. They
could not have been nicer. I even spoke to Dr. Van Wormer and he
was great. It's hard enough to get a doctor to call you when you
sick, at least in California, but Dr. Van Wormer took the time out

From the suggestions from your skin analysis,
I am using the Oceanique and tretinoin in addition to the Obagi cleanser.
My black heads and pores have decreased considerably while using the
products. The breakouts are less often. But most important my skin
is smoother and has a great glow. Makeup glides on and stays "fresh"
much longer. Dr, Van Wormers' suggestions were great! I will
be ordering replacements soon. - S. Gass

just wanted to take a moment to thank you! I was amazed at how
quickly my order was filled AND delivered. Good job! I have
a hard time getting Dermalogica products and don't have the time to
search for them. My esthetician only carries certain products and
not all sizes. When I called Dermalogica directly I never got a return
call to find out where else I could find them. And I don't have the
time to call every spa/salon in the bay area (that's a lot). I look
