Usage Instructions

How to Use:

Step 1 – Define And Shape: Take brush with side marked #1 and lightly dip into water and then onto the powder. With short small strokes begin to apply to the eyebrows following the natural shape of your brow bone.
Step 2 – Fill-In And Set: Take the other side of the brush marked #2 and with DRY powder go back over the brows. Then using the same side of the brush and without any powder, lightly blend the brows.
