BEAUTIFUL HANDS FOR A YOUNGER YOU!
Your hands can be revealing when it comes to age. Because the hands have very few oil glands and they are usually left unprotected against many different elements, they easily show the effects of aging.
You can avoid a veined, aged appearance and brown spots on your hands by following some simple practices and treating your hands with kindness.
Here are some suggestions:
1. Always wear rubber gloves when doing dishes or using any kind of chemical cleaning agents. You will prevent hangnails and keep the skin from drying out.
2. Wear gloves whenever you are outside in cold weather.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT LIP LINES
Although lip lines are often hereditary, they can be worsened by the sun. Soften them with a moisturizer with that has UV protection during the day. (We recommend Bioelements Year-Round Protector SPF 30+ Moisturizer.) Use a retinol cream, such as Affirm 2x at night.
Avoid bright lipsticks that will bleed easily and accentuate the lines. If the lines are really severe, consider laser resurfacing.

ARE YOU DRINKING ENOUGH WATER?
We can't stress enough the importance of keeping your body hydrated with high-quality water. Any skin care routine is enhanced by moisturizing your skin from the inside out with water.
You need eight to ten glasses of water a day. Another way to measure your need is to divide your body weight by two. The result is the number of ounces of water you should drink each day. If you weigh 150 pounds, then you need 75 ounces of water (just under ten 8 oz. glasses).
