Learn About Greta's Skincare Regimen
Issue
#20 - Greta Goes to Hollywood
Greta arrived at JFK Airport with just enough time to pick up copies of Variety and The Hollywood Reporter and then quickly board the American Airlines jet. She entered the first class cabin, feeling confident in her brand new Marc Jacobs dress and Chanel pumps.
Now, taking a deep breath she stretched out her legs and relaxed in her cushiony seat as the plane ascended into the air and up above the voluptuous white clouds. Greta opened up the copy of Variety and was immediately struck by the article on page three. "Zane Craven's Production Company Gets New Face." Underneath the headline, there was a photograph of Greta at the Face Magazine Holiday party. It was only a few months ago, but now it seemed like a lifetime. And there, standing next to her in the picture, but slightly out of focus, was Guy Thompson. Greta put down the paper as a small tear streamed down her cheek. She closed her eyes and remembered calling Guy at the office the day before, but only getting his snippy assistant who kept insisting he was in meetings and not to be disturbed.
And so Greta bravely woke up that morning to get ready for her new life in Hollywood. She cheered herself up by indulging in GreatSkin Alpha Cleanser - a deliciously fresh papaya cleanser that eased away dull skin cells and left her face feeling completely renewed, soft and supple. Next, she applied GreatSkin Alcohol Free Toner. It cleansed her skin's impurities and stimulated new cells. Just what she needed for her new life in L.A. While Greta looked over her morning's to-do list, she treated herself to a GreatSkin Crystal Mask. The mask - with its magical anti inflammatory ingredients - healed her skin and helped renew collagen and elastin, so essential for reducing cross linking between cells that can lead to lines and even wrinkles.
Greta rinsed her face, and then applied GreatSkin Retinol Eye Serum - her secret weapon against the premature aging of skin and finally she applied Vibran C Crème with Ceramides around her eyes. It contained an advanced moisture retention system that created an invisible barrier against dehydration and dullness.
The plane landed smoothly and Greta gently wiped away her tears. She gathered her belongings and told herself she was ready for her life in Hollywood.
Only she wasn't, not really.
Still, the plane had landed and Greta had no choice but to walk out into the warm Southern California air and hail a cab.
"Miss Greta?" a grey-haired man in a uniform asked her.
"Yes?"
"Your car is waiting." And before Greta could say another word the gentleman in the uniform took her bags and escorted her to the silver Rolls Royce that was stationed at the curb. Greta stood, breathless for a moment, as the dark tinted glass slowly lowered and Greta heard a familiar-raspy voice whisper, "Welcome to my world."
It was Zane Craven, himself. Bad boy movie star, here to escort Greta to her new life.
